Introducing our Facilitators
Over the weekend of Sacred Acres on Humblescough Farm you will be guided by experts in their fields, below is a taste of who they are and what they do.
Annie Hackwell

Annie is putting on multiple sessions for us at Sacred Acres, a special Pilates class with all of Annie’s usual Magic as well as an embodied movement session with breathwork entwined.
Annie’s offerings weave together mindful movement, somatic awareness, and the healing intelligence of the breath. Her approach invites you to reconnect with your body in a way that feels both empowering and deeply restorative — blending strength, flow, and presence with the gentle art of nervous system regulation.
Through her background in Pilates, Barre, Holosomatic Bodywork, Breathwork, and Reiki, Annie creates spaces where the body and breath work together to release held tension, restore balance, and cultivate resilience. Her sessions are trauma-informed and rooted in safety, allowing the nervous system to soften and recalibrate at its own pace.
Whether guiding embodied movement or breathwork journeys, Annie offers a calm and supportive presence — helping you feel grounded, open, and more at home in yourself.
✨ Move, breathe, and come home to your body.
Annie Neat

Annie Neat – Ebb & Flow Yoga
Annie is a yoga teacher, somatic therapist and co-founder of The River Room and SOMA wellbeing studio. Her Ebb & Flow Yoga sessions invite you to move in tune with your inner tides, blending gentle yoga flow, intuitive movement and moments of stillness to support nervous system regulation and deep rest. Rooted in curiosity and kindness, Annie’s teaching offers space to soften, reconnect and feel at home in your body.
Louise - Eivissa Wellbeing

Louise is the sole practitioner at Eivissa Wellbeing, a holistic therapist and Reiki Master dedicated to supporting others on their healing journey by looking at the body as a whole.
Louise has many skills outside of reiki, including massage, Aromatherapy, Acupuncture,
Phlebotomy, Gua Sha, Hypnotherapy and more! So while she has a slot on the schedule for reiki (during a wonderful sound bath) she is also available to chat in the healing tent! We implore you to have a conversation with this true natural healer!
Trough and Goosnargh Gin

We’re excited to announce @thisistrough will be joining us for the Festival, creating a transitional festival menu for us, from breakfast pots and loaded Buddha bowls, to evening grazing boxes and more. Their menus celebrate local and independent produce, and they’ll be incorporating our very own Humblescough Farm lamb into the menu! Trough will also be providing a bespoke bar menu for the event, which will feature both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, including cocktails specifically created for our festival.
See you in the field Troughers!
Laurie Seddon

Introducing our very own Laurie, who you may already know from our woodland parties 🥳
Laurie Seddon is an experienced Primary School Teacher who is a Level 3 Forest School practitioner. He is a reiki practitioner, a storyteller and also has qualifications in teaching mindfulness for children and adults.
Laurie has spent the last ten years leading groups of children and adults in a wide variety of outdoor and forest school activities.
During Sacred Acres weekend Laurie will be leading story telling sessions around the campfire in the woodlands. There will be marshmallow toasting on the campfire and drinks of water or cordial are also provided. These sessions are especially suitable for children age 3-11 years but older children are also welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Larksfoot Forest School

Larksfoot Forest school is coming to Sacred Acres.
At Sacred Acres, we love making space for children to roam, wonder, and just be.
We’re delighted to be welcoming Larksfoot CIC into the woods with us. Their work is rooted in gentle forest school practice and a deep respect for children, nature, and the rhythms of the land.
Across the weekend, Larksfoot will be holding a relaxed, playful woodland space where families can drift in and out. There’ll be natural materials to explore, places to build and create, stories to share, and time to follow curiosity wherever it leads. Nothing rushed, nothing forced — just simple, thoughtful invitations shaped by what the forest offers in the moment.
This is a space for muddy hands, creative crafting, big imagination, and those small, magical moments that happen when children feel safe and free outdoors. Adults are welcome to join in, or to pause nearby and soak it all up.
Come play in the woods with us, slow down, and let the forest do what it does best.
Lucy Van Beusekom

We’re so happy to welcome Lucy van Beusekom, a circle facilitator, artist and former Nurse, who holds gentle, nurturing and empowering spaces for connection, honesty and deep listening.
Through sharing circles, she invites people to slow down, tune in to their inner voices and innate wisdom, drop the masks and be witnessed exactly as they are. Without judgement, fixing or pressure.
Her circles are spaces where real conversations unfold, where all emotions are welcomed, where clarity gently appears, and where we remember we’re not alone in our human experience.
At this year’s festival Lucy will be holding three beautiful circles:
💖 Women’s Circle
💖 Open Sharing Circle for all adults
💖 Mothers’ Circle (with childcare available)
Come as you are. Your presence is enough. You are, and have always been enough.
Sarah - Soul Space Hollistic

The sound to your Reiki sound bath!
@thesoulspaceholistic is joining us!
Sarah is a Sound Journey guide and holistic healer who creates deeply immersive experiences through sound, frequency and intention. Working with a range of instruments including crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the cosmos, Sarah weaves sound journeys that support nervous system regulation, emotional release and deep reconnection to self.
She holds intimate sessions at The Soul Space as well as larger group experiences at events and festivals. Alongside sound, Sarah is a cacao ceremony guide, one of only 12 actively teaching Pellowah teachers, a Reiki Master, hypnotherapist and imaginative play practitioner.
Sarah believes that sound, frequency and conscious intention have the power to heal, remember and realign us to who we truly are. Come and experience her work and feel the medicine of sound for yourself.
Lou - Love story yoga

Lou from Love Story Yoga teaches yoga that honours both the modern practice and the ancient roots of the tradition, weaving together movement, philosophy, spirituality, and real-life connection. Specialising in Yin, Vinyasa Flow & embodied rest, her classes offer space to breathe, slow down, and come home to yourself.
Trained with Yoga Love Collective (200hr) and Om Som (50 hour). For Lou, yoga began as an escape, but soon became a journey back to self-discovery.
After completing training, it became clear this wisdom was meant to be shared with others.
At Sacred Acres Festival, Lou will guide a nourishing Yin practice with Nidre designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer, and deeply restored.
Bring a blanket.
