About the event
Wellness for all the family from: Yoga, Pilates, Sound baths, to: forest school and storytelling around the campfire for your little ones. Each evening rounded off with live music, a bar, and delicious locally sourced food.
Wellness Activities for the Whole Family
Experience a variety of wellness activities designed for all family members, including:
Yoga - Nourish body and mind with an accessible flow hosted by the wonderful Annie Neat of SOMA.
Pilates - A blissful blend of breathwork and Pilates. Annie Hackwell is a master at work; you have to experience this for yourself.
Sound Baths - Relax and rejuvenate with soothing sound therapy. This is combined with Reiki with Louise for the ultimate healing experience.
